Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fintsi ("Fintsi", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit fintsi.com (the "Site"), buy from our store, or interact with our content on social platforms such as Pinterest. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use information

3. Pinterest integration

We use the Pinterest API to manage the Fintsi Pinterest account and its content. When a Pinterest account owner authorizes our app, we may access, through Pinterest's official OAuth process and only within the permissions granted:

We use this data only to publish and manage content and to measure its performance. We do not sell Pinterest data, share it with data brokers, or use it to build profiles of individual Pinterest users. Access tokens are stored securely and used only by our own systems. Our use of Pinterest data follows the Pinterest Developer Guidelines.

You can revoke our app's access at any time from your Pinterest account settings under Security and logins → Apps. After access is revoked, or on request, we delete the Pinterest data we hold within 30 days unless we must keep it by law.

4. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the store to work (for example, keeping items in your cart and keeping you signed in), along with performance and analytics cookies. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the Site from working.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do so. These include our hosting provider, payment processors, shipping carriers, email service providers and analytics providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, marketing data until you unsubscribe, and Pinterest data as described in section 3.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time the law requires and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
